It is suitable for large, heavy castings, forgings, steel structure parts, etc., surface cleaning, removal of its surface oxidation, rust, old coatings, etc., and at the same time, the workpiece can be strengthened surface treatment to increase its anti-fatigue properties.
Composition of equipment
1. **Trolley**: It is used to carry the workpiece, and can enter and exit freely inside and outside the cleaning room.
2. **Blast machine**: the high-speed rotating impeller will be thrown to the workpiece, surface cleaning.
3. **Cleaning room**: closed workspace to prevent the blast media from flying.
4. **Separator**: Separate the cleaned impurities from the shot material to ensure the recycling of shot material.
5. **Ball circulation system**: including elevator, screw conveyor, ball bin, etc., to ensure the use of ball circulation.
6. **Dust removal system**: collect the dust generated during the cleaning process through the cartridge or bag duster to keep the working environment clean.
7. **Electrical control system**: control the operation of the equipment, including operation panel, PLC control, etc.
Working Principle
1. **Load the workpiece**: Place the workpiece to be cleaned on the trolley.
2. **Entering the cleaning room**: start the cart, the workpiece enters the cleaning room.
3. **Starting the blast machine**: The blast machine starts, and the high-speed rotating impeller throws the shot to the surface of the workpiece.
4. **Cleaning completed**: After the blast cleaning is completed, turn off the blast machine, the cart will move the workpiece out of the cleaning room.
5. **Separation and Recycling**: The shot and impurities used in the cleaning process are separated by the separator, the shot is recycled into the shot bin for further use, and the impurities are collected by the dust removal system.
6. **Unloading the workpiece**: the cleaned workpiece is unloaded from the trolley to complete the cleaning process.
