Descriptive
Wire Metal Mesh Belt Machines or Conveyor Belt Machines are suitable for the continuous blasting of thin, impact-prone die castings, pressure castings, ferrous and non-ferrous castings, forgings, automotive parts and weldments. Workpiece weights range from 1kg to 100kg. Highly wear-resistant metal mesh belts with tension adjustment for parts transportation. The metal mesh belts are available in widths of 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm and 1200mm. a key benefit of the mesh belt machine is that parts are exposed to the blast machine from above and below. Since the parts are transported on the metal mesh belt, there is no need for reorientation to achieve almost complete coverage. In the in-line cell type, parts are placed on a circular wire mesh belt and transported through a tunnel with multiple blast wheels. Depending on your process requirements, parts can be loaded and unloaded manually or automatically. It is a good candidate for parts where collisions between parts are unacceptable.
