Working Principle

1. Usage

I. Power supply access This equipment requires 380V three power supply, access line for three four-wire, the total power of the equipment is 1.6KW, access to the power supply, please ensure that the direction of rotation of the rolling basket for the clockwise direction.

II. Gas source access This equipment requires working air pressure of 0.6-0.8MPa, flow rate of 2 cubic meters / minute, external inlet pipe can not be less than 4 points (bore 15MM gas pipe) (preferably with a 4-point aluminum-plastic tubes and copper fittings), gas fittings can not be used with stainless steel quick-plug kind of joints, the joints are too small, will lead to insufficient supply of gas, sandblasting the workpiece when the pressure to drop. The air supply must be dry to avoid damage to the machine parts and abrasive moisture, resulting in no fluidity of abrasive falling to the bottom of the bucket, thus leading to the bottom of the sand pipe can not absorb sand, so that the sand blasting gun does not sand.

III. Debugging and use Correct access to the power supply air source before debugging.

1. Please operate according to the following requirements before starting the equipment.

2. Start the fan, open the equipment hatch, the abrasive directly to the inside, the first time to add abrasive 10-15KG in the right.

3. Put the products into the rolling basket, the amount of products into the rolling basket is not more than 1/3 of the depth of the best results, the rolling basket carrying capacity of 30KG normal put 20KG on the machine wear and tear is minimal.

4. The gun will be adjusted to the appropriate position, the gun from the product height of 10CME right, the gun aligned with the lower left corner of the basket, the two guns properly separated (bracket interval of 3CN in the right) to avoid airflow hedge, affecting the effect.

5. Sandblasting time setting, time meter electrical work in the time can not go to adjust the sandblasting time. This will directly burn the time meter electrical appliances, normal sand blasting time - generally set at about 8 minutes, customers can adjust the appropriate sand blasting time according to their own product requirements.

6. Start the equipment after all the previous work is ready.
