Working Principle

Product Features

1. This machine is specialized in rolling sand blasting for small workpieces. The rolling speed can be digitally controlled by frequency conversion, which makes the sand blasting speed fast, the processing quality stable and the operation simple.

2. The swinging arc of the gun can be adjusted. The gun and gun holder can be placed according to the size of the workpiece and can be rotated so that various workpieces can be sandblasted.

3. Equipped with dust collector and cyclone separator, which can separate sand material and dust, and reduce the consumption of sand material and environmental pollution. Sand material can be recycled automatically.

4. This machine is equipped with 6 sets of spray guns, each gun has individual control and 1 blowing gun, which can reduce the sand material attached to the workpiece after processing.

Usage

I. Equipment installation Connect the equipment host with the dust box.

II. Power supply access The power supply of this equipment is 380V three power supply, access line for three five-wire 4 square or more cable.

III. Gas source access The normal working air pressure of this equipment is 0.6-0.8MPa, gas consumption flow rate of 6 cubic meters / minute (subject to the number of guns), the external gas pipe shall not be less than 2 inches, to ensure that the gas supply is sufficient. Supply into the gas source to ensure that dry, so as not to damage the machine parts and abrasive moisture, resulting in plugging the bucket or sand pipe blockage, affecting normal use!

IV. Debugging and use Correct access to the power source of gas before debugging.

1. Before starting the unit, follow the instructions below.

2. start the dust blower, please be sure to check whether the dust blower clockwise turn (if not clockwise turn will directly lead to the bottom of the machine sand recycling can not be above the circular cyclone), add abrasive, the first time to add abrasive 25KG or so, add abrasive must be turned on the dust blower, and the abrasive must be slowly poured into the machine bin to avoid abrasive poured too quickly directly blocked at the bottom of the machine and the cycle can not be above the cyclone. The cyclone on top of the machine.

3. Put the products to be processed into the warehouse, the amount of products to be put into the warehouse should not exceed 1/3 of the depth of the crawler (the carrying capacity of the crawler is about 180KG), so as to avoid poor blasting effect, the crawler is in a positive rotation for the working state of the machine when blasting (the products are rolled inside), and the reversal of the crawler is in a negative rotation for the working state of the products when blasting is completed and discharging the products.

4. Adjust the gun to the appropriate position, the gun from the product height of 10CM or so, the gun aligned with the bin after the bottom, the gun properly separated (bracket interval of 3CM or so) in order to avoid airflow hedge, affecting the effect.

5. sandblasting time setting, time meter electrical in the work of the suitable shall not go to adjust the sandblasting time, which will directly burn the time meter electrical, general-purpose products normal sandblasting time of 8 ~ 12 minutes or so, customers can adjust to the appropriate sandblasting time according to their own product needs.

6. After the daily use of the equipment, the dust collector should be automatically vibrated for half an hour before it can be shut down (it must be in the state of shutting down the dust collector) to ensure that the dust inside the dust collector is cleaned up.
