Working Principle

Usage

I. Power access machine access power supply for 220V single-phase power supply, the total power of the machine is 0.4-1KW or so.

II. Air access This equipment requires air compressor normal working air pressure of 0.6-0.8MPa, flow rate of 1.0 cubic meters / minute or more, external inlet pipe can not be smaller than the inner hole of 12MM air fittings can not be used stainless steel quick-plug fittings, this connector hole is too small, it will lead to insufficient air supply, sandblasting workpiece pressure to the downward direction, thus leading to the effect of sandblasting is not ideal to supply the incoming air supply to ensure that dry to avoid abrasive moisture, resulting in the abrasive not liquidity fall to the bottom of the triangular bucket, resulting in the bottom of the sand pipe suction The abrasive has no mobility to fall to the bottom of the triangular hopper, which leads to the sand pipe at the bottom not being able to absorb the sand, resulting in the sand blasting gun not being able to sand.

III. Operation

A. Firstly, pull out the rubber plug at the bottom of the device, check if there is any residual iron filings or dirt inside and clean it up.

B. Turn on the power switch, the lighting is on, the dust-absorbing fan starts up

C. Open the working hatch, add abrasive directly from the mesh plate, (the first time to add about 6-10KG), remember to pour it in slowly. The machine runs out of sand and then add, each time about 6-10kg can be; the parts to be processed on the mesh plate, close the working hatch.

D. Insert work gloves into both hands, hold the spray gun in one hand, grab the workpiece in the other, and aim the spray gun at the workpiece to be sprayed.

E. Lightly step on the foot switch, the compressed air is opened into the spray gun, the abrasive will be ejected from the bottom of the triangular hopper of the machine to the spray gun according to the adjusted spray volume, and then it will be sprayed onto the surface of the workpiece to be processed with high speed under the action of the compressed air.

F. In the process of sand blasting, on the one hand, we should keep the proper spraying distance and angle between the spray gun and the workpiece, and on the other hand, we should make the spray gun and the workpiece move relatively, so that the surface of the workpiece receives the abrasive spraying process uniformly, until we get the desired effect.

G. After processing is completed, the foot must be removed from the foot switch, the gun stops spraying abrasive before opening the door of the working chamber, take out the workpiece.

H. If it is necessary to continue processing parts, it is not necessary to turn off the dust blower and lighting power in between.

I. After stopping the work, the power supply and air source should be disconnected.
