Working Principle
Crawler type shot blasting machine throws the projectile to the surface of the workpiece through the high-speed rotating shot blasting machine, and the projectile strikes the workpiece under the action of centrifugal force to remove the surface corrosion, oxidized skin and oil, etc.. The cleaned shot and grit are recovered and reused through the conveying system, and the exhaust gas is filtered and discharged through the dust removal system to ensure a clean working environment.
Application Scenario
It is suitable for sand cleaning, descaling, removing oxidized skin and surface strengthening of small castings, forgings, stamping parts, gears, springs and other parts. It is especially suitable for the cleaning and strengthening of parts that are not afraid of collision. In addition, the equipment is also suitable for surface treatment of cast iron parts, cast steel parts, forgings and welded steel structure parts.
Maintenance
Crawler type blast cleaning machines have low maintenance costs, the use of rolled Mn13 chamber guards can reduce maintenance costs by about 60%.
