Descriptive
Pipe outer wall shot blasting machine is a kind of equipment specially used for cleaning and treating rust, oxide skin and other impurities on the surface of pipe outer wall. Main components
1. **Blast Room**: The main working area with multiple blast wheels and blast material recovery system.
2. **Blast Machine**: the core component, which blasts the blast material (e.g. steel shot) onto the pipe surface by rotating at high speed.
3. **Conveyor System**: used to convey the pipes, which are fed into the blast chamber and through the cleaning area by means of rollers, chains or other conveyors.
4. **Dust Removal System**: filters and collects dust and impurities generated during the cleaning process to keep the working environment clean.
5. **Control system**: automated control panel for setting and monitoring the operating parameters of the equipment.
Working principle
1. **Load**: Place the pipe to be cleaned on the conveying system.
2. **Conveying**: Start the conveying system, the pipe enters the shot blasting room.
3. **Blast cleaning**: the blast machine is started, and the high-speed rotating blast machine will blast the steel shot onto the surface of the pipe for cleaning treatment.
4. **Recycling and Dust Removal**: The steel shot and impurities generated during the cleaning process are separated through the recycling system, and the dust is filtered and collected by the dust removal system.
5. **Discharge**: The cleaned pipes are conveyed out of the equipment to complete the whole cleaning process.
