Product Description
Descriptive
Cartridge dust collector is an efficient air purification equipment, widely used in various industrial environments to capture and filter dust and particles in the air. Cartridge dust collector is a kind of dust removal equipment which adopts cartridge as the filtering element, with compact design, small footprint and high filtration efficiency, it is widely used in the dust removal system in the industries of machining, chemical industry, pharmacy, foodstuffs, electronics and so on.
Working Principle
Cartridge dust collector draws the dusty gas into the dust collector through the action of fan, the gas is filtered by the filter cartridge, the dust is retained on the outer surface of the cartridge, and the clean gas after purification enters into the clean gas chamber through the center of the cartridge, and finally discharged by the exhaust port. Regular blowback cleaning device can remove the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter cartridge and maintain the filtration efficiency of the cartridge.
Product Features
1. **High-efficiency filtration**: the filter cartridge adopts high-efficiency filter media with high filtration precision, which can effectively remove fine dust in the air.
2. **Compact structure**: reasonable design, small volume, easy to install, suitable for places with limited space.
3. **Dust removal system**: equipped with automatic back-blowing dust removal device, to ensure that the filter cartridge maintains good filtration performance for a long time.
4. **Easy maintenance**: simple replacement of filter cartridges, no need for professional technicians, saving maintenance time and cost.
5. **Low noise**: optimized air duct design and sound insulation measures effectively reduce the noise of the equipment during operation.
Installation and maintenance
1. **Installation**: choose a suitable installation position according to the actual situation on site, make sure that the inlet and outlet of the dust collector are connected reasonably, and avoid excessive bending of the air ducts to affect the ventilation effect.
2. **Commissioning**: After the installation is completed, commission the equipment, check the operating status of each component, and ensure that the equipment operates normally.
3. **Maintenance**: Regularly check the use of filter cartridges, replace damaged cartridges in time; regularly clean up the accumulated dust to maintain the filtration efficiency of the equipment.
