The series belongs to roller-type shot blasting machine, mainly used for buildings, bridges and other industries with large l-beam, H-beam steel structure such as size pieces of high stress and the elimination of cleaning the surface rust.
Working Principle
Steel plate shot blasting machine is mainly composed of cleaning room, conveying roller conveyor, shot blasting machine, projectile circulation system (including elevator, separator, longitudinal and transversal screw conveyor and projectile recycling mechanism), blowing mechanism, dust removal system and electrical control and other components. The equipment through the roller conveyor continuous feeding, the steel structure parts into the cleaning room, by different coordinates from the direction of the strong intensive projectile striking and friction, so that the surface of the rust layer, welding slag and dirt quickly fall off, to obtain a smooth surface.
Application Scenario
