Product Description

Description

Sand blasting rooms can accomplish sand blasting operations for a variety of large and irregular workpieces. Traditional sandblasting equipment design cannot handle different shapes of parts. However, our sandblasting room designs are completed by experienced professional engineers. Our goal is to meet the ongoing needs of our customers for sandblasting operations. Sandblasting chambers can blast large and irregular workpieces from all angles, leaving them clean. We want to make sure that the sandblasting rooms we sell will do your job efficiently and economically.

Room Body

The body wall of the sandblasting equipment is made of noise-reducing sandwich panels with glass wool interlayer and abrasion-resistant rubber lining, which also has a noise-reducing function.

The walls of the sandblasting room are welded with high-strength square tubes to ensure that they will not be deformed during transportation and installation, and the square tubes are polished and painted enough to resist corrosion in the natural environment.

The doors and roof of the cargo hold are built-in welded profiles, closed with steel plates and assembled internally with abrasion-resistant rubber (up to 5 mm thick). A unique sealing system prevents abrasive loss and allows the hatch to be closed easily.

The lamps are high-efficiency LEDs to maximize the use of luminosity, and the blasting chamber fastening system allows easy disassembly for maintenance.

Sandblast Room Machines

Sandblast equipment systems utilize state-of-the-art venturi nozzles. For Venturi nozzles, the new combination of aluminum and polyurethane adds advantages in weight balance, strength and vibration dampening characteristics not found in metal cased nozzles. The long air duct design of the abrasive blaster will maximize production requirements and add abrasive impact when needed to clean hard, difficult surfaces.

Blastroom Abrasive Recycling System

The blastroom abrasive recycling system consists of four parts: floor recycling, bucket elevator and separator.

The blastroom recycling system utilizes a ground level recycling system to recover used blast media and contaminants to a bucket elevator and then into an air wash cleaner system, then the cleaned abrasive material goes into a storage hopper for recycling and the residue will be discharged from the separator into the recycling system.

The sand blasting room is widely used in

- **Shipbuilding and repair**: removing rust and old coatings from the surface of ship hulls.

- **Automobile industry**: treating the surface of car body and parts to enhance coating adhesion.

- **Steel Structure Manufacturing**: clean and pre-treat the surface of steel structure to improve the coating effect.
