Description
For sandblasting systems, you can choose between air blasting or wheel blasting, manual or automatic blast cleaning.
With the advantages of high productivity and energy saving, automatic sand blasting machines are the first choice for your material preparation line.
However, sometimes due to the special structure or productivity requirements of the object items to be blasted and cleaned, customers prefer to choose a customized blast chamber system.

Underfloor Recovery Systems: Underfloor recovery systems are installed to recover spent abrasive, transfer it to an abrasive separation system and store it for reuse, without any labor in the case of full recovery and with minimal labor in the case of partial floor recovery.
There are two main types of recovery systems in use today:
1. Pneumatic "waffle" type floors
2. Mechanical sweeping floors
Pneumatic "waffle" type flooring
The Waffle Floor System is a modular pneumatic vacuum recovery solution that can be adapted to any blastroom project.
High velocity air is drawn through the center duct and flows down the length of the waffle module; waste abrasive and debris falling into the individual hoppers is pneumatically conveyed through the center duct to the adjustable cyclone recycler assembly.
Mechanical Scraper Abrasive Recovery System
This is the most specialized product in our product line. This scraper floor has many features that set it apart from our competitors' products. The scraper consists of a natural rubber baffle and steel combs, several of which are mounted in a long frame.
The depth of the recovery channel is only 200 mm to 500 mm, ensuring that in many cases, i.e. those where items can be brought into the blast chamber by hand, the recovery channel can be located directly on the existing plant floor. When flushness is required between the plant floor and the blast chamber, only a small amount of excavation is required. The squeegee system is covered by a row of grates on which the operator stands and from which the abrasive falls. In some applications, the strength of the grating can be increased to provide greater carrying capacity when handling heavy items. Another way to support heavier items is to incorporate tracks into the floor, which are conveniently located between the recovery aisles and on which bogies can be installed.
