It is a kind of gas-solid separation equipment used in the industrial field, which mainly separates dust and gas by rotating airflow.
Basic principle: Cyclone dust collector utilizes the principle of centrifugal force, the dusty gas enters into the dust collector through the tangential direction, and the airflow forms a high-speed rotating motion inside the dust collector. Due to the centrifugal force generated by the rotating gas flow, the heavier dust particles are thrown toward the wall, lose kinetic energy and then fall along the wall into the dust collection hopper, thus separating from the gas flow. The cleaned gas is discharged from the center.
