Q26 Sandblasting Machine Operating Instructions
<I>Pre-Operation Preparation
① Prepare the air supply and abrasive material required for the sandblasting machine in accordance with specifications.
② Check that all connections on the sandblasting machine are secure and reliable.
③ Connect the main air supply and secure the sandblasting tank; connect the control air hose and secure it to the sandblasting hose, ensuring all connections are tight and secure.
④ Pressure Adjustment and Leak Check: Before turning on the air supply, ensure all pressure gauges read zero. Turn on the air supply to check the pressure, inspect all connections for air leaks, and verify that the operating pressure remains stable.
<II> Operating Procedure and Precautions
Load the abrasive material, taking care not to overfill the tank—fill to approximately 3/4 of its capacity. After loading the abrasive, close the pressure relief ball valve, open the air supply ball valve to pressurize the tank, and check for air leaks or potential hazards. The operator must wear protective gear, activate the control switch, and start the sandblasting process. When the abrasive is depleted, close the air supply ball valve, open the pressure relief ball valve to depressurize the sandblasting tank, and reload the abrasive. (Note: The handwheel can be used to adjust the sandblasting flow rate).
<III> Main Technical Parameters
① Volume: 0.26 (m³)
② Compressed air hose diameter: 1½
③ Operating air pressure: 0.5–0.73 (MPa)
④ Air consumption (m³/min): 6.1 (depending on nozzle diameter)
⑤ Sandblasting hose (inner diameter 32, outer diameter 49), length 15 meters (length can be customized)
⑥ Dimensions: Tank diameter 600 mm, tank height 1400 mm
⑦ Machine weight: Approximately 240 kg
<IV> Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting
① Pay attention to any leaks during operation; if detected, repair immediately
② Before operation, inspect the sandblasting hose for damage, air leaks, cracks, kinks, or signs of aging, and replace it promptly
③ When the machine is not in use for an extended period, drain the abrasive to prevent moisture absorption and caking. Remove the sandblasting hose and store it properly in a dry location
④ As the sandblasting machine is a pressure vessel, it must undergo regular pressure vessel inspections
