The principle of pulse blowing cleaning is to make the filter bag vibrate sharply by the pulse shock wave generated by the high pressure compressed air, thus prompting the dust layer adhering to the surface of the filter bag to fall off. This type of cleaning is mainly used in baghouse dust collectors, in which dust is retained on the outer surface of the bag when the dust-containing gas passes through the bag. In order to periodically remove this dust accumulation, through the control of the blowpipe and pulse valve, a high-speed airflow is shot out from the nozzle, while inducing a large amount of air into the venturi, which together enter the filter bag. This rapid airflow makes the filter bag contract rapidly and triggers impact vibration, thus making the dust attached to the outside of the filter bag be vibrated and fall off. Pulse blowing cleaning technology has the advantages of large airflow impact, thorough cleaning, small damage to the filter bag, etc., which can effectively maintain the filtration efficiency of the dust collector.
